Returns & Exchanges

  • Items may be returned for store credit or exchange only within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Undergarments
  • Accessories (including jewelry, hats, etc.)
  • Sale or clearance items

Return Process

  1. Email us at sales@velvetnoir.org with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days after we receive your item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will make it right—period.

Final Notes

  • We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.
  • Store credit does not expire and can be used anytime.
  • Velvet Noir reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
